Poor customer service

<p>Reference Number: ********** 287</p> <p> </p> <p>I need to blacklist a handset for insurance purposes. I send an email to ********** on the 26'th whereby i received the above reference number, notifying me that Cell C will call me back in 2 days.</p> <p>I reminded them via email that i have not receive a call. No Response</p> <p> </p> <p>I send them the blacklist form together with a copy of my ID aswell as the details of the cellphone.</p> <p>What is the hold-up? They will be able to see that i am the registered owner of the phone, as well as the registered owner of the simcard, they can compare that with my ID to do that it takes 4days?
