poor customer service

<p>this morning i went to cell c store in newtown to do sim swap i had the id and proof of address but i was dissapointed by Dikeledi and Dineo one of them is a mananger,they failed to help because i didnt have the last five dialled numbers before i lost my phone...they were very unfriendly and rude.they told me that there is no way they can assist me if i dont have last five dialled numbers...but on the system it was showing that it is registered under my name</p>
