Poor Customer Service

I have had a default in my name for an amount of R112 for a few months now. I was contacted by some attorney and I asked what it was for and they could not tell me, so I contacted Cell C to find out, and what a surprise... they don't know anything about it. I tried to upgrade today and now I can't because of this. I am tired of Cell C and I am going to cancel my contract if this isn't resolved asap. I work in a large global advertising agency so I can cause problems for them! I drove a fat distance to upgrade, only be told this nonsense. I have no idea why I am still with with them. Vodacom or Telkom for the win!

Best regards,
I want to thank Palesa for contacting me, but due to further problems I have decided to pay off my contract.
I arrived at the Cell C store after being told by 2 people from head office that my account has been sorted that I could upgrade. The consultant even called to confirm this information. Cell C still had my old work and salary so my credit score was not as high as I wanted but I did not have a chance to update my details. The consultant called again and got through to a guy named Tobogo who said my account was still showing the default... after we were told it was sorted. By this time my blood was boiling and I had just about enough so I took the phone myself from the conaultant nicely and this Tobogo was so rude to me.
I called back and spoke to a nice manager who was very nice but unfortunately by this time the relative departments had closed. I made 2 trips and still no contract. I am done with Cell C and their nonsense and I will make sure to have my hubby change over and other friends and family to Vodacom.
I will also be publishing a report on Tobogo and the poor service and expensive contracts in a local newspaper as I have great connections and a lawyer.
