Poor Customer Service

<p>I received a call from CaCell informing me in October that my contract was up for renewal in December 2016.</p> <p>The operator told me that for the same contract a simi**** phone would be sent to me.</p> <p>Upon receiving it I found out that it was not an anroid platform so I called them & arranged to return it.</p> <p>They sent a courier for the collection & since then they were delaying to send me the correct phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have spoken on numerous occations to Tsepho & to Melissa with NO positive replys.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked to speak to the owner/manager they always gave excusses that he is in a meeting or out of office.</p> <p>Nobody wants to solve the issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>My debit order is still been deducted & I dont have the phone.</p> <p>I would not recommend anybody to deal with this SHADY company. </p> <p> </p>
