Poor customer service

I am so disappointed with your service, I app**** for an upgrade on the 19th of April up to date I have not received my phones, which you'll be debiting my account for.

The courier company you're using are such *****, I have been trying to track my order, they said they contacted me a few times but never got hold of me which are lies cause my phone is always on. None of you are willing to assist so I can get my phones even your call center agents are rude.

I will never ever again buy from you guys, to think that I was a loyal customer from 2009, I even would like to cancel my contract with you
