POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ;-(

I app**** for a new line on the 8th of December 2022 on the 15th I got a call stating the application was approved and I should expect delivery on the Tuesday, or Wednesday I called back on the 20th to follow up and was advised that my application was declined. I then spoke to a Zinhle who advised me that my amount was R550, and I can get 2 Samsung A23 she did the order and said the order will be delivered Friday the 23rd of December 2022. someone else called me regarding the 1st order and I told her it was declined she then asked me was I advised that the phones I want is out of stock, and I told her I was not advised. Matshediso called me yesterday while in the taxi and I told her I do not want the A73 she should call me at 15H45 which she never. today I am advised that the A73 is approved. Zinhle or her manager has not gotten back to me from yesterday I called Cell C I am now holding on for a manager. Bad Customer care I am not happy how my applications have been conducted. No one has bothered to contact me after numerous of calls.
