POOR CUSTOMER CLIENT SERVICE

A transaction was done out of my bank account, which I have contacted, and they referred me to speak to my Service provider, Cell C.

This transaction was never made by me, I did not authorize this, when contacting Cell C, they were inefficient to even help to try and resolve this problem and not even bother to try to help get this reversed.

I for ever struggle to get 4G network at my homeplace, I have previously contacted the customer care, which one of the agents gave me instruction to manually search for a 4g network, but no success.

The service to a client from the customer care section is very poor and unprofessional.
