Poor Customer Care Service
<p>I am struggling to do a sim swop the whole day, and everytime I phone back everybother consultan tells me n different story. Then only 2 hours then wait for 30min then 24 hours then 1 hour. Maybe I shouldve just cancelled my contract.</p>
