Poor customer care from cell c

I ordered a cellphone online and it was not delivered as expected. When I called to make follow up, I was told that the phone was not in stocks and was available in a different colour, which I agreed to take before I couldn't wait anymore. Fast forward to a few days when no delivery was made again I called to make follow up again and was told that the deal has expired. When I called the sales department they said they had just received stock and the phone will be delivered in the next few days. So now I'm getting two different stories and mind you I was told that the device was available in a different color, now the new story is that they just received stock. While all this was taking place, Cell C made no effort to contact me and keep me in the loop on what's happening instead I had to make follow-up calls and got no help even after that. I'm very displeased with their service, very poor quality
