Poor customer care and service from cell c call center

My sim card was deactivated and I could not be assisted as the lady on customer care call center on 8 June 2020 10am claims im not using a cell c number when I do. She further raised her voice at when clearly she failed to assist me. I called a further 3 times and she kept referring me to econet call home. Poor service and my number still deactivated. Poor customer care.
