Poor customer assistance

I have a contract with cell c, I have actually just received a new hand set.<br> Only to find that my phone has been suspended without my knowledge.<br> I have lost my job, I am job seeking, cell c has suspended my phone even incoming calls.<br> I pay my account via debit order and without a fail cell c always got their money while I was working.<br> My argument is that, how can the department suspend even incoming calls while I tell them that I am looking for a job.<br> The cell c line is my only no that is registered in my CV and with my employment agencies.<br> I am really disappointed, I am not saying they must open my line for outgoing calls, but this is really an inconvenience considering that I am urgently looking for a job to also pay them.<br> If this is your way of business is really disgusting.
