Poor Coverage
I have generally been content with the service from Cell C and find their products very useful. I am unfortunately struggling since moving to Jeffrey's Bay though. I am on the 200GB Data Package and use the Internet for work purposes but I can go without connecting for many hours, sometimes an entire evening without being able to open a website. My house overlooks Jeffrey's Bay so I have good line of sight / visibility so it is getting very frustrating.

08 Dec 2017, 13:42I am still having no luck. I was told there is limited data connectivity in Jeffrey's Bay and I need to roam (limited to 3G) using Vodacom. I am using a Cell C ZTE Router that does not allow me to configure this option so basically I need to change service providers now because I can't use my 200GB Data Package in this area. I tried for 4 hours to open a website and just as long to send a mail after eventually giving up. I can expect limited data but this is really useless unfortunately. They did not mention any plans of improving the data connectivity here either so they are obviously content with their offering. I basically lost quite a a lot of money on this deal now which is a little annoying.

18 Dec 2017, 16:42This is a last chance to try recover some of my Cell C data but is there any possibility you will be offering data coverage in Jeffrey's Bay area anytime soon? I tried enabling roaming with no luck. I even tried roaming on 2G / 3G. I have literally exhausted all options in trying to get my Cell C to connect here now with no luck. Apparently there is no roaming agreement between Cell C and Vodacom on the Giga 200 Packages which is what I have.
