Poor Coverage

Cell C allowed us to roam on Vodacoms network and we had no issues with dropped calls etc . Now they sent me an sms saying we no longer need to roam on vodacoms network as they have upgraded their network , we are not allowed to roam onto vodacoms network anymore . we are still having the same issues as in the past . I complained on their site to which i recieved a rsponse on the 13th of April stating that with my help they are trying to build a better Cell C , No one has called or responded to my complaint yet . The last time i complained they ignored me until i complained on Hello [URL Removed] so hence i am complaining here again .
