poor comunication and allowing ***** to take place

<p>A contract was taken using my credentials after I hve been debited for the first time I called in them I spoke to Nokwanda Madi who told me to send an affidavit and bank statements to her email addresses witch I did, then after there days I icall in again to find out that Nokwanda Madi who works at cell cJohannesburg she has not uploaded my attachement for internal investigation to be started,then I was told that an email has been send throuht to her to get back to me as of now I am still waiting for her feedback</p>
