Poor communication with customer service on network

Good evening I I would like to lodge a complain since from 10:00 A.m. Cell C not even working I have to login from their Wi-Fi so that I can able to check my WhatsApp even now there's no network I can't receive call because of poor network is just shut down, till now no apology, I missed out a very important called from my business partner we supposed to meet but he couldn't get ahold of ofme because of no network it actually cost my life.
