Poor communication, poor service and extra charge

Called last month to cancel my wifi in which I was told I will be charged a fee of 800 and something rand. I had enquired if this was the only fee id be paying and it was confirmed. Coming to the end of the month over 1500 rands was deducted from my account which was for the cancelation fee and apparently the months wifi. I did not use this wifi and it wasnt told to me that id still be paying for it. I had sent emails in which no response had been send. I feel this is very unprofessional because I asked about any other fee that will be charged and nothing was told because then I could have used that wifi for the month. I never had a problem with cell c before and I have been a customer for years but to come now and do this is totally uncalled for!
