Poor communication from Cell C
I’ve been trying to contact cell c for the past two weeks, with no response,m. I’ve emailed their Customer care, collections department but to no avail. I wanted to inform them that I’m not renewing my contract since it’s expiring on the 8th of December 2019. I’m afraid they will continue charging me even though my contract has ended.
I’ll not advise anyone to take a contract with Cell C as they don’t prioritize they’re communication with their clients, I’m very disappointed.
