Poor communication

Good day

I've written so many reviews for the past two weeks and still no assistance

I spoke to a consultant the other day and she promised to call me back after checking out my information on their system

It's been another week I'm still waiting

I don't know what's wrong with cell c I've been loyal towards them for years now And this is how they treat me

My line has been disconnected And no one can help me

Whenever I talk to someone they don't call back

So I'm really trying to resolve this issue with cell c
