Poor Communication and Poor Business Practices
Disgusting conduct by Cell C. Been a contract subscriber with them since 2007. 1 payment missed in Nov 2023 for an amount of R229. No correspondence from them to advise I'm in arrears and all of a sudden I'm listed as owing them on my credit profile! This is completely unjust. I will never use Cell C again.

IF I HAVE MISSED A PAYMENT, PICKUP THE PHONE AND CALL TO ADVISE!!!. A basic skill that has been lost.
How can you just list someone up on their ITC profile with 1 missed payment and no word of communication!
