poor communication
yet again cell c with their false promise, on wednesday i was told i would receive that paid up letter if not i should call and speak to Xolani Marilele , well Mr Marilele was not available what a surprise. i also received a call from another agent and she also promised me an email with a statement but also no response.
what is going on cell c , when theres outstanding payments you will not stop calling so why when something is needed from you, cell c cannot communicate

18 Mar 2021, 13:30yes of the amount outstanding as well as banking details , i have been waiting since friday and i have been calling in to see whats the hold up but non of the agents seem to know how to assist all they say is they will escalate.
its been since January 2020 i would appreciate proper feed back, the last 2 agents i spoke to say i dont have an outstanding balance then i get a call to say i do have one, so i ask for the break down to be emailed to me along with cell c banking details and its been 8 days still no email.
and when i do make payment am i going to have to wait another year for that paid up letter. Cell c you are holding up my whole life im looking forward to purchase a home and a car and i will not be able to get financed all cause you can not give me proper details.
this is really sad and frustrating
