Poor communication
I app**** for an early upgrade I have 6 months remaining on the contract. They told me that they can only help on 01/11/2020. I am very dissappointed with their service.

Your contract expires on 24/04/2021. Referring to the subscriber agreement terms and conditions, you can only upgrade 3 months before the contract expires.
Alternatively you can settle the account by paying the remaining monthly device fee and we will process the upgrade for you.
We understand that you are disappointed however as a company we are required to adhere to policies and procedures.
