POOR COMMUNICATION

<p>I have previously had the same problem with CellC. And I was under the impression that it has been resolved. After my last compliant on Hellopeter. Once again I am being charged for a debit order that has been cancelled. A lady by the name of Kathlego phoned me to say I owe CellC for a rejected debit order. I am a cash paying client. PLEASE CELLC STOP PUTTING DEBIT ORDER THROUGH ON NON ACTIVE ACOUNT PLEASE STICK TO OUR AGREEMENT. I PAY EVERYMONTH AS I PROMISED ON THE CONTRACT I SIGNED WITH YOU. YOU ARE CAUSING ME A LOT OF EMBARISMENT.</p>
