Poor Communication

i had recently app**** for a contract with Cellc for the Iphone 6 pinicle 3 according to numerous communications with cellc agents i was advised that this plan is unlimitted for a fixed fee of R999.00 once i have signed up and received my package i called in to activate upon activation i asked a few questions regarding my plan i was then advised that i have unlimitted plan however limitted to 5000minutes and data as well as sms how can something unlimitted has a limit i did not ask for an open line and have emails to prove my communication with you guys if ever my account is billed extra then this will be a serious matter as that is not what was advised to me and before you guys can advertise for something unlimitted please make sure u do not lie and then put a limit cause it just does not make sense i want this matter resolved and i dnt want an open line i want wants due to me for the set priced advertised please do not give me ******** that i must set the limit i want all recordings listened to and then we can take it from there Understood....
