Poor communication

It's been 3 weeks now and I have still not received my router nor have I received any feedback as to how long I have to wait or what's the hold up. A simple call or Sms to let me know what's going on would be nice . I was initially told that I would receive product a week after I took out contract, having not heard from them I went to the shop only to be told no stock still. Why promote product if no stock? Or atleast keep customer posted with what's happening. Almost December still have not received any call. Cell c should take their free minutes they give out and use it to contact clients !!!!
