poor communication

whenever i receive a statement from cell c, they charge me extra for internet / data usage. i have phoned them and complained three times already, but the situation persists and i have received no feedback from anyone. why should i pay extra for internet when i do not even use all my monthly data. when i spoke to them over the phone they could also not explain why they charged me for extra data/ internet usage.
