Poor Client Service.

Please explain to me how *********** a person at the Cell C shop in Galleria Amanzimtoti is to perform a simple procedure such as change in ownership from one person to another, and then hopelessly fail to do that, even after both parties visited their branch on 3 separate occasions and received verbal confirmation that the change over was successful. Today I needed to do a sim-swop at the very same branch only to discover that the change of ownership was never done. Well done Cell C, your client services speak volumes!
