Poor Cell C service

I am deeply disgusted at the fact that Cell C is trying to get money out of pensioners. I called the call centre and they cannot assist me. How do I go about canceling the contract? Or even better leaving Cell C completely.

I'm emailing you on behalf of my granny. Someone at the Cell C call center called her regarding a cell phone contract. She agreed to the contract because the call centre agent said it would work out cheaper. I have previously had this issue, where extra costs was deducted and also stated that they should NOT contact her with an upgrade. Is this your business strategy at Cell C ? Taking advantage of the elderly ?
