Poor Cell C service

Would rate 0 stars. You always struggle to get info out of Cell C. Always n struggle regarding your account, as you never get a straight answer as to who must be contacted or who you can go see. Service is poor, especially telephonically, which is strange for a Cellphone company. Always met with rude answers and responses. Incredibly bias against certain staff members. Would not even send my enemies to Cell C for assistance. Constant unauthorised debit orders at very strange times during the month. Always have connection issues, as they make use of other companies towers
