Poor CELL C service
I urgently need to CANCEL my data contract with CELL C. I have been calling the call centre and customer care number but there is no one who can assist as the number just rings. My contract ended 2 weeks ago,end of May , I have been calling to cancel since the beginning of May. I also went Wonderpark Cell C shop, they told me to keep on calling. I have ran out of aritime. This is poor service at its best!!!! I am NEVER ever gonna use or recommend CELL C, not in a millions years. Please help, what do I NEED to do in order to cancel the expired contract with CELL C. The next debit order is about to go through and i am no longer using the service, as the 24 months has lapsed.
