Poor Cell C Service
Having taken up a contract I’ve been pleased with Cell C however I received poor service lately, I received am sms on the 11/12/17 stating that I should indicated whether or not my acc. should be debited on the 20th since that’s when our payday was, they never debited on the 20 I understood they couldn’t debit over thw weekend nor could they on the 24th & 25th . Last night i was expecting it to go off it didn’t this morning i was harresed by different agents regarding my acc not being mind you there’s money in my acc. I apparently have to pay an extra R70 for arrears. Never I’m appalled.
