Poor Cell C Firbre Speed andi ZERO service

I am experiencing inconsistency with speed and overall very low speed. Everytime I complain they simply tell me to phone Openserve as Cell C is only the reseller. ZERO SERVICE FROM CELL C. I am so sick of this. Can anyone suggest a reliable provider who does not offer these smoke screens of **** speed. I am on the 50meg line and it's no different than the 10 meg line we had previously with another provider??? As a matter of fact the download speed is slower than what we had which tells me it's smoke screens and not the actual speed. When I asked for someone to please come out and check the speed they tell me to send them screen shots every 2 hours and make sure it's a lan connected speed test etc etc... seriously like I am a technician of some sort. What about you give some SERVICE and get someone to come and check the line and do the speed test. Terrible
