Poor Cell C administration services

I am trying to get Cell C off my credit buro report (showing active) since 2021 after I ended my contract and went over to prepaid on the number after contract period was finished. Cell C customer services promise they will fix the account as they can see there is no outstanding amounts, yet I do not get my credit report to be corrected - it has been over 24 ,months since my first attempts!! Cell C number no longer in use was: *** RICA to SJ Jordaan (Acc Number) *** with statements showing no outstanding for more than 24 months.
