Poor Cell C

Be aware of Cell C, I'm almost 10 years with Cell C, last week Wednesday made a payment and sent proof of payment to the consultant. Without even informing me that the payment was not allocated to my account, they deactivated my contract. Nobody can get hold of me. Tried to phone them, 30 min on the line the consultant said they will phone me back, and i'm still waiting. This company is trying their luck.
