Poor case management

Good afternoon

today its the 15th and your reply with a promise of a call to give me feedback was on the 9th.(already proving me that caring attitude is not part of your services).

while waiting on you I have since been called by SAFPS after writing a complain related to your poor service.

1. SAFPS did confirm that on my file they is the letter of confirmation of a ********** account. 2. In addition they confirm that this letter from cell c is not the last step in getting a clearance letter. 3. Furthermore they confirm that a Gerald Mossey was advised on the right path to follow which he has not bothered to do, as still they is no update on my listing on SAFPS.

In one instance an agent from SAFPS did give me a number to call, true caller app identified it as belonging to the same Gerald Mossey who was so invested in telling me that its his cellphone more than helping me get rid of the listing, he also dropped the call.

ONE MORE CRITICAL INFO IS THAT HE PENNED A LETTER DATED 12 AUGUST AND SAID AN ITC UPDATE WAS DONE SUCCESSFULLY, I MUST ALSO NOTE THAT RECTIFICATION BY CREDIT BUREAUS TAKES AT LEAST 7 WORKING DAYS. TODAY ITS THE 15TH OF SEPTEMBER!!!!!!!!
