Poor Cancelation service ever

I have been trying to cancel my contract with Cell C from 3 March 2021. First phone call - I have to wait 24hrs for someone from their back office to give me a call before my contract can be canceled. Second call - Same story, cased hasn't been resolved have to wait 24hrs again for someone from back office to call me. Today 17March2021 - I made another call and guest what I have to wait another 24hrs again for someone from their back office to give me a call. No one from their back office has phone me since the 3rd of March regarding my cancelation and the date of last payment has already moved from 31 March 2021 to 30April 2021 as cancelation hasn't been done yet.
