Poor C

Good Day all, poor service received from Cell C, accidentally paid an amount of R12000 Into their account, on the 29.03.19 went to Nedbank to do a recall, was informed by the 10.04.19 that this was unsuccessful, and should contact Cell C direct, this was done on the 10.04.19, and have been trying until today to get the money refunded, with a new ref no issued almost everyday, every time you call you have to get through to a new call centre consultant (drawn out), and the team leaders promise to call back to no avail. what irks me most is that Cell C transferred the said funds into my cell account and deducted 2 amounts of 1025 and 850 respectively. today is the 13.05.19 and no sight of the refund yet, with new stories everyday.
