Poor & Bad Customer Service
Since i had a problem on the 07th December until today, no one is even willing to help at Cell C. With arrogant staff and false promises of calling you back, i am still where i was on the 07th. I have lost all hopes in this company. They just don't care, to them as long as the debit order is running monthly you can make all the noise, they will just ignore you the same way they are doing to me even after being their customer for over 6 years. My friends have been telling me to leave them but i did not listen.

21 Dec 2020, 13:53I upgraded on my contract and the phone was set for delivery on the 07th December. Till today i must have made over 260 calls between Cell C and the delivery company CourierIT who told me i am not their client. I failed to take my kids on a holiday as i was told not to leave my home only to be slapped with this nonsense on my face. My kids are upset my wife is upset and Cell C continue to enjoy debiting my account with no issues. I have sent emails, i spoke to a lot of your agents most of them being very rude others making false promises like Thabisile whom i was told is one of the best escalating agents Cell C has. No one cares and this is the kind of service i always get from your company. To date i am still waiting for a delivery since the 07th December. Even an oversee delivery would have arrived by now.....
I left my number with a lot of your staff and only 2 called me back making false promises. I am tired of this.
