Poor attitudes, poor service,Worst cellphone network

I received the devices on the 14 November 2023 and returned it on the 21 November 2023 because it was not the product that I wanted. In December 2023 my account was debited . July 2024 I receive an call from MBD debit collector that I have not paid my contract and Cell C has handed my account to them to collect and was listed as bad credit. I investigated the matter and received an email from Cell C Thamsanca Maluleke (Contractor) Merchants Level on the 31 July 2024 stating that (Please note that your account is yet to be credited however a paid up letter has been requested) case ***. To date no paid up letter received no refund for the money they debited in December 2023. Been call for assistants with no joy. The agents are not allowed to transfer the call to the Finance department I have to wait until they call me. When I receive call from the Cell C no one is speaking background breathing and Kids play. MDB sending text message harassing me because of Cell C . They are effecting my credit score and they just don't care. I had 4 contract with Cell C paying monthly R2000 including the Fiber. I am in the process of closing all my contract with Cell C. Only 1 contract left will be closing that contract in November 2024. Poor attitudes, poor service, Worst cellphone network. There customers has no value.
