Poor attitude and very unhelpfull

I received a couple of sms asking to to come in and upgrade my contract. My one contract expires end of march. I went into cell c cresta yesterday and looked around. Andrea asked for my green ID book which i never carry around. Howver i offered her my drivers licence which until now everybody accepted including my bank. I have been a customer at cresta for at least 4 years and some of the staff know me. My time and money was wasted going to cell c cresta and now i am going to cancel my agreement on 1st of march and go to a new service provider. When my other contract ends in a few months time i will also cancel and go else where. I have never got good service fom cell c when i think about it. I now realize why some customers of cell c go to the trouble of making BANNERS criticing cell c poor service. Shame on you cell c as youve just LOST another good customer.
