POOR & APPALLING SERVICES from Cell C store
Recently a Cell C contract was upgraded, and the cellphone is having signal issues - Trying to get this sorted is a nightmare as the staff at the Lichtenburg Cell C store is rude and pain unprofessional, even to the point where this Cell C man tells that if the phone gives any more signal problems - it should be send back to where it was upgraded. This phone is less than a month old!! We find it rather appalling and rude!

23 Jan 2019, 08:00Thank you Cell C for responding. I have spoken to Maropeng in regards to this issue last Friday the 18th of Jan, but unfortunately the signal issue is still an issue. He has indicated that he will get back to me, and I yet have to hear from him. I have also completed a " Coverage issue" information sheet and emailed it through to your customer service on the 21st of Jan, and haven't received any feedback. This is getting VERY ANNOYING!!! We have done a test with the old phone to check if it is a handset issue, but found that the old handset has the same problem which it never did before (Signal issues). We are at this point convinced that the signal booster that was installed on the farm is faulty. Please can this checked URGENTLY?????????
