Poor and Pathetic customer service

My Cellular phone which is only seven months old was taken at Cell C Chatworth( Chatsworth Centre), about two months ago i put the device on charge, it overheated my screen cracked, i then handed the device back in at the same store and was contacted by cellc with a quote of R2800, for me to pay when it had not even been my fault, i then spoke to the manager at the store Roland who on the 21st December 2015, assured me that something would be done and he would try to get the device repaired, after many calls to him and visits to the shop it became apparent to me that they were ********ting me around, furthermore last week a staff member told me the device was still with them and nothing had been done, Roland said give him til this tuesday that is today, still nothing was done and he was not even appologetic. For over a month i have been phoneless and paying for a contract , for which cellc themselves had the device and where reluctant to act.
