Poor and *********** service

Poor service as it seems like people are not doing what they paid for, I used a wrong reference for payment of my account sent them proof more than 5 times to allocate my payment but instead they quick to block my lines but for the past 3 months going back and forth they still refusing to allocate my payment. This is a ****ty service to say the least
