Poor and bad service

Poor service ever and not very helpful. Tried to do a sim swop after my phone got ******, failed securuty questions. Call Centre gives me a an alternative method to make affidavit call Cell C store here in Oudtshoorn they say, they can't help me now they busy with stocktake. What nonsense is this. Customers comes first. Im so disappointed and will never use Cell C again. Poor poor poor service and very badd... The girls name was Bianca from the Oudtshoorn store
