Poor and Appalling Services from Cell C Phoenix Plaza

i have been having continuous problems with Cell C , i have been mis sold so many times . I eventually got through the Branch Manager Wesley from the phoenix plaza branch who said that there would be no charges for my phone repairs and i have the emails as proof however he is now changing his words . I am so sick and tired of Cell C . Can someone help me get a solution and sort these people off
