Poor and Appalling Services from Cell C Phoenix Plaza

Phoenix Plaza misselling.

I had taken out two contracts one was taken out on the 13-09-2016 and the other on the 14-11-2017 both which i was told that i get a free screen change and water damage repair . I called up the call center today requesting that i get one phone screen repaired however i was then told that i had to sign up to some huawei website and pay additional fees . I was not aware of that nor was i told that its for 12 months only at point of sale . when i spoke to an adviser from the complaints resolution team she stated that that's got to do with the store and that the branch manager has to make the call to repair my phone or not because they do not have call recordings to listen to " I HAVE A WITNESS" . i think that this is appalling and a complete miss sell of a product . i have friends that have signed up and they were not even told about this . I have a witness that was with me when i signed up for the contract and i will be taking cell c up if this is not resolved .
