Your agent lebogang is pathethic when it comes to assisting the client she is kindly sarcastic and unhelpful. I made a call at 12.05 on the 26 May 2023 to find out when my contract ends as i want to renew and take a new contract but thanks to the help i got from your agent who i will ask your QC Department manager to have a listen to. your security questions that i filled out 2 years ago which i dont remember as i gave her ones that i have used on my many other accounts/ thus keeping up with certain info is not that easy. i asked her which questions were invalid as i have many different passwords for different things. there could be other questions but she rushed through my call as you will hear on the recording and is pathethic cause she just caused you to loose a client and i will never use cell c as my provider and as a marketing director and influencer you can be sure to catch this update on my various social media.
