Poor after service

Till to this date am still waiting for landi from cellc to come with a feedback from his investigation as to am telling the truth that its their fault that my payments were so behind because they kept on billing me for services i never required from and that i uad called to ask them please stop with this things you billing me for but they never did He had to go find the recording where i clearly say i dont want anything extra but am still waiting and nothing has been communicated to me
