Poor after sales service
<p>I tried to contact CellC since yesterday, ***. The consultants are just NEVER available, I hold on for as long as 9 minutes, I left several voice messages on this system for them to call mback but they don't. I've send sms, emails, fax, but they just don't respond. I got one email back saying they will contact me within 24-48 hours, this is not acceptable because I want to change a phone on my order before its too late. I've just send them a fax to cancel the orderd seeing that nobody return any of my correspondence, they didn't even react to that. I am furious now!</p>

13 May 2016, 12:23It's one thing to apologise but another thing to not do what you said you'll do. Still haven't heard from CellC. I will give them time till 15:30. If they haven't contact me by then I cancel my order. It seem to me as if they don't really care about their customers, once they've sold you a product, they're done with you.

It's one thing to apologise but another thing to not do what you said you'll do. Still haven't heard from CellC. I will give them time till 15:30. If they haven't contact me by then I cancel my order. It seem to me as if they don't really care about their customers, once they've sold you a product, they're done with you.

You offered me a package, I did not apply for it, therefore it's not me looking for business. You clearly don't care about customers. I'm not interested in the deal anymore because there is NO support from CellC, no service, no protection, NOTHING. I will refuse to take the phone from the courier if you don't cancel the order. For my own protection, I will now report this to the consumer protection tribunal.
