Poor advertising
I was about to purchase a data bundle from cellc I then noticed there is a black data bundle and I purchased it thinking its a special that has to do with black friday specials. After purchasing the bundle I was advised when calling the call centre that this bundle only works with the black app( dont know what the black app is) and now have to download new data in order to install this app. if this is the case Cellc should have terms and conditions when promoting a product and informing us as consumers what we are about to purchase.This is total ****************

If you purchased the bundles using your phone, you only get options and amounts to select. Where as when you go online you are able to see the terms and conditions and everything about black bundles,please visit https://www.cell.co.za/cellc/black-data-bundles#/termsAndConditions
