Poor administrative service

I have paid my cell contract back in 2017. I have went through extensive discipline to bring my credit back to normal. In June I found out that Cell C has me listed for R170, wow. Okay its only R170 let me pay it of and clear my name. For the past 3 months my records are not found, I have been informed that I am handed over to collectors SSDA which they don't have any of my records. Cell C is intentionally discrediting our credit worth, Cell C is contravening all laws for the public to correct / rectify their credit. We have families and companies such as these are taking advantage of the minority. I demand full explanation as I have records of payments done to cell and want my name cleared. I give Cell C no more than 3 businesses days to respond to me, I can not blame the service consultants who have taken me from pillar to post to state they can't find my records. I was given the following numbers *** and *** with no record of mine found. If not responded too my next steps will be to go to the ombudsman
